I'm loving | March

Spring is here! Bringing new beginnings. Fresh and new perspectives.

I think of it as a clean slate. Not starting over but starting a new. Building on what we have already done and building it stronger. 

A green sprout pushing out of the earth, grounded literally by it’s roots and foundation – that has been cultivated over time. Ground high, wide and reaching for the sun. It’s what we all should be doing this season.  

Spring for me also brings new fresh flavors and ingredients – in all the hues of green and more. This is the season that brings me the most inspiration. 

Spring bucket list.

No matter where you live. I’ve put together a list of things that I’d like to do this Spring BUT also what I think each of YOU can do too.

Add them ALL to your list or just a few.

  • Wildflower hike. Get outside to experience all the new growth of the season…plus outside time is good for the soul.
  • Get dirt in your fingernails. Plant something. I don’t have an outdoor garden yet, but I’m going to add more potted indoor plants to our home.
  • Declutter + Donate. I love to donate household items or hand be down clothes but also donating your time can be so valuable too.  
  • Farmer’s Market adventures. Discover a new market, buy a new local product and buy color! What’s more Spring than that?!
  • More outside adventures…concert, picnic, walks, exploring.
  • Make sun tea. Like iced tea where the sun heats up the water and makes the tea. Let it sit outside and watch the color change.
  • Visit a National Park. If you have a park within a couple of hours drive, make the effort. See the park beginning to sprout Spring is special.
  • Celebrate Earth Day. Each year, we walk our neighbo9rhood to pick up trash on the side of the road. 
  • Make homemade ice cream, bake cupcakes and cook with chives!
  • Make a new Spring playlist. Can’t wait to make a new one since I know my current list of songs by heart now.

My favorite grilling recipes

My morning routine, I can't stop!

With a large glass of water, I take my Seed probiotics with some fiber, Omega and Vitamin D. 

Then on to covering my face in this Dime Hyaluronic Acid and this Beauty Counter facial oil and then a spray of Dime perfume.

In my morning water, I mmix in this Paleo Protein Powder (I love the vanilla) to start my day…along with Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee

I also take a Equilibria CBD gummy after I brush my teeth and add some Vegamour to my hair.
