My Favorites | Gluten Free Snacks

Who doesn’t love to snack? For me, its been finding snacks that work with my gut, satisfy my desire and need for some energy and nutrition and fulfill my hunger without giving me a sugar or carb rush and crash.

Keeping it gluten free has helped check all those boxes. Plus my family loves them too – so we are all snacking together.

Here are some of my favorites…starting with chips, of course!

Chips, Chips, and more Chips

I usually choose chips when I’m craving something quick, salty, delicious and just easy.

Dipping them into my favorite vegan cheese sauce or salsa – it doesn’t matter. I actually love chips just as is. Plain is sometimes the best.

Here are our favorites.

Tortilla chip: Siete Grain Free (corn free) + Late July Jalapeno Lime (grain free)

Kids Love: The Good Chip Company All flavors are delicious.

Vegetable chip: Terra Real vegetable chips

Give me all the crackers

When I’m craving cheese + crackers – which let’s be honest, is frequently – I always grab these Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins We love the Sea Salt kind…BUT I have a soft spot for the Country Ranch flavor.

We also love Van’s Gluten Free “Lots of Everything” baked crackers too! I can’t snack on these without cheese – so dang good.

Kids Love: Milton’s and Schar

Always in my purse, car or going-somewhere bag.

For quick on the go snacks, we always have some sort of jerky, cracker or dried fruit in our bags. I love small to go bags of olives too. I pack these in the kids backpacks, in my purse or bring on road trips and on the airplane. Adults and kids love them.

Here are our favorites.

Olives: Gaea pitted Kalamata Olives

Dried Fruit: Natierra dried fruit

Mini Cracker Bites: Lance mini peanut butter sandwich crackers

In a random category, but not forgotten

Lesser Evil’s Paleo Puffs and Harvest Snaps are weekly purchases in my house AND they don’t last long.

I personally love the Clif Builder bars for on the go lunches (since I often don’t eat while I work) and small packs of Planters nuts and dried fruit are always good to have around.

Sweet tooth anyone?

Don’t worry I didn’t forget about cookies or sweet snacks. An easy favorite and 1st place goes to Tate’s Gluten Free Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

They are just sooo crispy, buttery and tons of chocolate chips. You can’t just eat one. I challenge you!

I also love Justin’s, milk chocolate peanut butter cups. Oh and the dark chocolate and white chocolate are amazing too.
