Easy Homemade Greek Dressing Recipe
Quick & Easy
Some recipes are complicated. This is not one of them.
This homemade Greek dressing is the kind of recipe you make once… and suddenly start putting on everything. Salads, bowls, roasted vegetables, chicken, salmon — honestly, if it’s in my fridge, this dressing is probably going on it.
And the best part?
You don’t need a blender.
You don’t need fancy ingredients.
You barely even need a recipe.
Just throw everything into a jar, shake it up, and suddenly dinner feels way more exciting.
Why I Love This Dressing
- Comes together in minutes
- Made with simple pantry ingredients
- Gluten free
- Works as a dressing and marinade
- Keeps meal prep feeling fresh
This is one of those recipes that quietly carries your entire week.
Use the dressing with these recipes.
Greek Salmon Bites Bowls The dressing is the quick marinade for the salmon and then drizzle it on top of the entire bowl – because it’s that good.
Greek Chicken Meatball Bowls Drizzle it over the warm bowls and suddenly everything tastes even more homemade.
Greek Beef Gyro Bowls The cucumber salad depends on this dressing – it soaks it up and you will want more to drizzle over the beef.

Chef Tip
Double the batch. Actually… triple it.
Because once it’s in your fridge, you’ll start reaching for it constantly.
And homemade dressing that tastes this good? Worth it.
The Bottom Line
This is not a fancy dressing. It’s better.
Simple ingredients. Quick to make. Makes everything taste fresher, brighter, and more put together.
And honestly?
That’s exactly the kind of recipe we all need more of.
