This easy homemade Greek dressing comes together in minutes with simple ingredients. Perfect for salads, bowls, marinades, and meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 heaping tablespoon fresh parsley, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 heaping tablespoon shallot, minced
  • 1 large pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the dressing ingredients into a jar with a tight fitting lid.
  2. Place the lid on the jar and shake for 6 seconds.
  3. Store any leftovers in your refrigerator for up to 1 week.
