Salt and Pepper Grilled Steak with Blue Cheese Butter and Yum Yum Sauce
Ready for 2 simple steak sauces? 1 is a little bit traditional and the other is one you may not have tried. They required no additional cooking – just stirring in a bowl and you have it! They are completely different flavor profiles but provide the perfect choice for your dinner guests. Some like creamy blue cheese and others will love the tahini and smoked paprika sauce!
Seriously simple.
Lots of salt and pepper on a room temperature steak – heat that grill up to high heat to sear in all the flavors and natural juices.
Top with your favorite sauce and enjoy! So good with grilled vegetables – I love asparagus. Slice up your favorite fresh tomato – sprinkle with salt and thyme.
Use the Yum Yum sauce in these recipes too!
