I'm loving | November 2021

November in Evergreen Colorado

As Thanksgiving approaches, I am in constant awe at being grateful and showing gratitude.

I think of where I was, just 1 year ago. I have grown so much. I know myself more. I appreciate all that I have been through. I’m looking forward. I am grateful for my journey.

And not just because it’s this time of year…I’m going to try to experience more of what gratitude is year round.

Think about where you were last year at this time? Where you a different person? How have you grown? What have you accomplished?

Gratitude + Spiritual Journaling

If you read my 6 Mental Health Pick Me Ups, I mentioned the idea of writing what you are grateful for. Writing your thoughts, goals and what you need help with. The act of writing can really be healing.

Here are some journals that are not only pretty but useful and have good content to get your mind going.
