Gluten Free Chocolate Brown Sugar Pie
You read that right. I basically put a brown sugar brownie in a pie crust. AND you can too! With a simple batter – think melted butter, chocolate and sugar, then mixed with eggs and a little bit of gluten free flour and more chocolate.
The chocolate is dense with bites of pie crust – top it all with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
It’s great at room temperature and even better to snack on the next day.
When a client asks for me to make my Gluten Free Chocolate Brown Sugar Pie…I quickly say YES.
I made this for a client dinner party last week, and I can’t stop thinking about it.
It’s a simple recipe with TONS of chocolate, eggs and sugar. Using a pre-made gluten free crust, cuts the time and hassle in half too!
Clients or your guests, family and friends will love this. It’s great to make ahead of time, serve with fresh whipped cream and even save for the next day…if you can.
Other chocolate recipes I love.
