Easy Coconut Aminos Salmon
quick & easy | 10 minute Dinner
This is one of those recipes that feels almost too easy to share. Because it barely qualifies as cooking.
But also? It’s one of the meals I make the most. Its a recipe that I make when I don’t feel like cooking – because these weeknight meals are getting to me.
This salmon is coated in coconut aminos — my secret weapon ingredient that somehow makes everything taste better — then roasted in a screaming hot oven or air fryer until caramelized, tender, and slightly crispy around the edges.
Serve it with rice and a simple cucumber salad and suddenly dinner feels way more put together than it actually was.
This is one of my favorite “I have no energy left” meals.
- Minimal prep.
- Minimal cleanup.
- Maximum flavor.
That’s the kind of recipe I need more of.
Why This Recipe Works
- Gluten free
- Ready in under 10 minutes
- High protein
- Minimal ingredients
- Great for busy weeknights
- Feels healthy without trying too hard
Let’s Talk About Coconut Aminos
I use coconut aminos about 4 times a week. It’s sweet, salty, savory, and adds instant flavor without needing much else. If you’ve never cooked with it before, this is your sign.
I use it in:
- stir fries – like in my Quick Ginger Pork Stir Fry and Paleo General Tso Chicken
- homemade Thai-style sauces
- marinades
- steak (OMG this is my favorite steak)
- rice bowls
- and now…this salmon (of course this salmon recipe too)
