8 Dinners My Clients Ask
for Again and Again
Flavor, Freshness, and Simple Organization
As a personal chef, I learn very quickly which recipes people politely try once…and which ones get requested over and over again.
These are those recipes.
The dinners my clients ask for on repeat. The ones that end up permanently added to meal rotations because they’re flavorful, comforting, realistic for busy life, and honestly just really good.
Because after years of cooking for families, I’ve learned something important:
people don’t want complicated food on a random Tuesday night.
They want meals that:
- feel comforting
- taste amazing
- reheat well
- and make dinner easier
This one has become a personality trait at this point.
Creamy feta orzo, tender chicken, artichokes, fresh herbs… and only one pan to clean.
Clients LOVE this recipe because it feels comforting without being heavy.
And honestly?
The leftovers might be even better.
"A well-curated spice collection is one of the simplest ways to upgrade your cooking. Focus on freshness, smart storage, and spices you truly love. Your meals—and your kitchen—will instantly feel more alive."

Fresh, simple, and somehow always impressive.
Juicy chicken with tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, and balsamic glaze sounds simple because it is simple. But it tastes like summer dinner perfection.
This one gets requested constantly during warmer months.

These have a cult following.
Flavorful turkey burgers packed with Thai-inspired flavors and topped however you want. Clients love these because they feel lighter but still really satisfying.
Also: they reheat incredibly well. Clients freeze them for quick dinners.
And what I do a lot is swap out the turkey for ground chicken!
Fast. Flavorful. Easy.
This is one of those meals clients ask for because it feels healthy without tasting like “health food.” Savory ground beef, crunchy lettuce, tons of texture, and customizable toppings.
Simple dinner magic.
This recipe alone has probably fed half my clients at this point.
Tender shredded beef short ribs cooked until rich, flavorful, and perfect for:
- tacos
- bowls
- salads
- leftovers straight from the fridge
People lose their minds over this one.
This recipe works so well for real life.
Bright citrusy mojo chicken roasted on a sheet pan with vegetables makes dinner feel easy, balanced, and low stress.
Minimal cleanup = makes me happy
Comfort food always wins. Creamy, flavorful, warming, and perfect over rice.
This is one of those meals clients request when they want something cozy and filling but still gluten free.
The sauce is the whole reason.
Savory, saucy, loaded with flavor. This recipe has become one of the most requested because it tastes like takeout but feels fresher, lighter, and more balanced.
And everyone loves a good stir fry moment.

And Of Course… A Little Sweet Treat
Soft, chewy, chocolatey, and somehow disappear immediately.
Cacao + Almond Butter Oat Bites
Perfect little grab-and-go snacks that clients always ask to add into meal prep weeks.
What I’ve Learned as a Personal Chef
The meals people come back to again and again are usually:
- flavorful
- comforting
- simple
- realistic for busy life
Not overly complicated. Not trendy. Just really solid meals that make dinner easier. That’s the kind of food I love creating most.
