- 1/2 cup avocado mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon spicy mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 boneless chicken thighs, cut in half length wise
- 6 wooden skewers
Instructions
- Heat your grill to high heat.
- Mix together the bbq sauce ingredients – vinegar, honey, pepper, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Set a side.
- Weave 3-4 pieces of chicken on each skewer. Repeat until all the chicken is on a skewer. Place them on a baking sheet or large plate. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of the white bbq sauce on top. Roll the skewers around in the sauce before placing them on the grill.
- When your grill is hot, add the chicken in one line and one layer. Let grill without flipping or turning the skewers for 6 minutes. Flip over and cook for 6 more minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle 1 tablespoon of sauce on top, before serving. Serve the remaining sauce at the table for dipping.
