Our Favorite Chili Lime & Honey Grilled Chicken Thighs
Like you need another grilled chicken recipe…BUT heck, I’m posting it.
The flavors are crazy good and simple to pull together.
Boneless thighs have great meat, moisture and hold on to a good rub on the grill. PLUS, it’s super affordable and can be prepared on a grill pan on the stove top.
This is my go to when I’m not sure what to make for dinner. Grill these up quickly with a salad, burger buns, corn or baked beans…or all of the above.
Replace the honey with brown sugar – so much good caramelizing happened with the sugar, salt and spices…you will be eating more chicken I promise you!
Ok, let’s grill!
