10 Gluten-Free Brands
I Always Have in My Kitchen

If my kitchen looks “put together”… it’s not because I have a plan.

It’s because I have these brands.

These are the ones I trust. The ones I reach for on repeat. The ones that make gluten-free cooking feel easy, fast, and actually doable on a random Tuesday when no one knows what’s for dinner.

No guesswork. No label stress. Just brands that work.

1. Pamela’s and Caputo's (Gluten-Free Flour)

Why I always have it:
Pamela’s and Caputo’s are both Reliable. Consistent. Doesn’t taste like gluten-free baking disappointment. You can use 1-1 in recipes without adding anything else. No gritty consistancy – tried and true.

How I use it:
Quick breads (Caputo‘s focaccia bread is AMAZING!!), muffins, and the occasional “I need to bake something now” moment, like brownies.

*Pamela’s Pancake Mix is a huge hit in our house too!

"Find brands that you trust. Then you can stop label reading and wasting more time in the store. Grab and go without worry."

3. Jovial (Gluten-Free Pasta)

Why I always have it:
Because pasta cravings don’t wait. And Jovial is consistant every single time – it’s not gummy at all. I have a pantry full of their products – Hi, Jovial, sponsor me! wink, wink.

How I use it:
Fast dinners, pasta salads, “I’m done cooking for the day” meals.

And yes — it actually tastes good. My kids love it in this recipe.

Have you tried these recipes?

4. Coconut Milk (Full-Fat, Unsweetened)

Why I always have it:
Instant creamy sauce without dairy. Native Forest is the brand I trust – I find it at Natural Grocers. There are a few other brands I use too – just make sure it’s unsweetened!

How I use it:
Curries, soups, and sun-dried tomato sauce – like in this recipe or this one

5. Corn, Cassava or Almond Tortillas

Why I always have them:
Tacos solve everything. Remember these Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos? Siete is my go to brand for so many things but first gluten free tortillas. Mi Rancho has a great corn tortilla that stands up and pan frys perfectly.

How I use them:
Taco night (any night), wraps, quick meals.

*I do have this kit in my pantry, waiting to be made. I mean, homemade tortillas has to be good.

Check out these posts.

6. Snacks

Why I always have them:

We all need snacks at the ready. Like when kids, husband or yourself just need a little something.

How I use them:
No explaination needed. These brands are tried and true. Feel Good Foods, Siete, Enjoy Life, Made Good and Goodie Girl.  Gluten free and taste really good.

*this reminds me I should do a larger blog post all about SNACKS. YES!

7. Rice

Why I always have it:
Lundberg is a fantastic rice brand – high quality and the only brand I use. They have a great ready to serve – Cilantro Lime Rice. It’s so useful and tasty when you need rice already cooked.

How I use it:

Recipes like Cilantro Lime Grilled Chicken & Rice and Wild Rice Harvest Salad  and Firecracker Salmon Bowls

If you want a great One Pan Meal – Try my Green Enchilada Chicken & Rice

8. Bread products

Why I always have them:
We all need a little bread in our lives – being gluten free we make changes but one of them doesn’t have to go without bread. I love Schar’s for everyday bread – a toasted baguette with oil and herbs – so good. Cappellos for a little treat and when you need breadcrumbs, Aleia’s should be the only one you buy.

How I use them:
Snacks, breakfasts, protein bites, emergency food. Sandwiches made with toasted ciabatta topped with my chicken salad, pita pockets or naan for all the bowls and you have to try this focaccia bread – drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with flake salt. It’s amazing.

9. Coconut Aminos + Liquid Aminos

Why I always have them:
Flavor, fast. I use the liquid aminos as a straight swap to soy sauce. It’s gluten free and tastes great. The coconut liquid aminos – is sweet, tangy and the perfect addition to stir frys, to quickly season meats and I can’t stop dipping into it.

How I use them:
Stir fries, marinades, dipping sauces. Instant upgrade.

10. Primal Kitchen (Ranch + Caesar Dressing)

Why I always have them:
They save me more than I care to admit. Primal Kitchen is a staple in our house. This is the only mayo I use. Plus their ketchup is unsweetened and still tastes good. This salad dressing trio – isn’t just for salads, love pouring it over roast chicken, use as a dip for veggie…just get it and dig in.

How I use them:
Salads, bowls, dipping, quick lunches. Clean ingredients. Actually taste good.

Bonus (Because This One Matters)

Cottage cheese, yogurt and cheese.

  • So as you may know, the most popular recipe on the blog are these Blender Banana and Cottage Cheese Muffins and since they went viral – I can’t stop eating Good Culture. Added protein without even know it. Yes, please. Nancy’s is the 2ns best in my opinion.
  • Painterland Yogurt is my holy grail. Every morning I crave it – so good with fresh blueberries and this granola
  • And every house needs some cheese. I keep Tillamook in business and of course love a good store brand cheese that tastes good.

The Bottom Line

You don’t need a perfect gluten-free kitchen. You need a few trusted brands that make cooking easier.

These are mine.

What are the brands you love and trust? I’m always looking for new products that I can count on…bonus if they are delicious!
